cd 11...
CD 11... Got another low on the MM... I would have sworn it would be a high because of my cm... Maybe tomorrow...
I am gaining weight even though I am working out almost daily... Maybe it is muscle... but I don't want muscle... I want SKINNY! Can some smart person explain to me why I can weigh 153 in the morning... work out... weigh again after sweating up a storm and weigh 155? I GAINED 2 pounds in 45 minutes while working out???? I am trying not to care about the number and just know that I am doing something good for my health every day... but...I really want RESULTS!

I completely understand about wanting the RESULTS! It took me quite a while before I started noticing them. The number went down slowly, but once I noticed the change in the way my clothes were fitting...that is when I got happy.
Good luck and enjoy the working out!
I know what you mean about losing weight and seeing the results. I hate weighing myself and seeing that I'm gaining even when I'm not eating that much...very frustrating. Hope you have better luck then me.
I think we sort of swell up a bit right after working out. That is why the weigh and measure you before you workout at my gym. Don't worry, muscle burns more calories when you aren't doing anything than fat does, so the more muscle you have the quicker you will lose weight over the long haul. Keep it up!
Exactly what anon says. Ultimately with more muscle you'll burn more fat. I also wouldn't recommend weighing yourself more than once a week. My weight can fluctuate between 5-7 lbs in a given day.
Weighing immediately after working out will give you a higher weight for some reason. Ask your gym.
Girl, I have lost so much hope that I haven't even stepped on a scale in 6 months. I know that I weigh about 200lbs right now, due to PCOS....I just don't want to see that number every single day...
You are torturing yourself...QUIT!! You torture yourself enough with HPTs give yourself a break in this area...LOL
